Normative per ascensori e sicurezza: cosa sapere nel 2025
Negli ultimi anni le normative europee e quelle italiane hanno progressivamente aumentato, in complessità ed estensione, i requisiti per gli impianti elevatori, con l’obiettivo di ridurre incidenti e disservizi, garantire una migliore gestione delle emergenze e assicurare l’accessibilità anche agli utenti con esigenze specifiche. Il 2025 non ha visto nascere una “nuova norma”, ma consolidarsi un impianto che oggi i diversi attori della filiera devono conoscere e applicare in modo coerente. Le normative per ascensori e sicurezza, insomma, si sono evolute fino a costituire un corpus chiaro ed uniforme. Il riferimento di base è la Direttiva Ascensori 2014/33/UE , recepita in Italia con il D.Lgs. 80/2016, che definisce i requisiti essenziali di sicurezza e le responsabilità dei diversi soggetti coinvolti lungo l’intero ciclo di vita dell’impianto, dalla progettazione alla manutenzione. A questa si affianca il corpus normativo della serie EN 81, con un ruolo particolare per: EN 81-20 , che disciplina i requisiti di sicurezza per la costruzione degli ascensori, dall’architettura della cabina agli spazi di sicurezza, fino agli organi di sospensione e ai dispositivi di protezione. EN 81-50 , che definisce regole di progettazione, calcolo e prove, rendendo verificabili e documentabili le scelte del progettista. EN 81-28 , dedicata ai sistemi di allarme e comunicazione bidirezionale, che stabilisce prestazioni minime, tempi di risposta e logiche di supervisione continua. A questo quadro si sommano le disposizioni sull’accessibilità (DM 236/1989 e successive linee guida sull’eliminazione delle barriere architettoniche, tra cui le Linee guida 2022), che impongono dimensioni minime di cabina, soluzioni di segnalazione visiva e acustica e accorgimenti per garantire un uso agevole agli utenti con disabilità motorie o sensoriali . Nei contesti in cui l’ascensore ricade in ambiti soggetti a valutazione del rischio incendio, entrano in gioco anche il Codice di prevenzione incendi e le norme di sicurezza antincendio applicabili all’edificio, con indicazioni specifiche per ascensori antincendio e impianti inseriti in compartimenti a rischio elevato. In questo scenario, gli elementi tecnici richiesti nel 2025 si concentrano in particolare su: affidabilità del sistema di comunicazione bidirezionale , con capacità di garantire la continuità del collegamento voce-dati verso un centro di soccorso presidiato; supervisione continua del dispositivo di allarme , con controllo automatico e segnalazione dei guasti entro i tempi previsti dalla EN 81-28; procedure specifiche per persone con disabilità , sia per quanto riguarda i segnali (visivi, acustici e tattili), sia per la gestione dell’evacuazione in coordinamento con i piani di emergenza dell’edificio. More info Solution The scalable and hands-free communication provided by Commend is primarily used for operational, emergency communication and industrial plant security. Each plant has around 20 to 30 call stations (SIP-WS800P) with an additional AF20A amplifier to drive the external speaker for paging. Desktop stations are used in control rooms and plant manager's rooms without extra speaker. An additional emergency button is connected to the call stations via the input contact for call activation. In some areas a flasher is used at the output contact of the call station. In normal operation, paging calls are made to a certain zone from the control room/plant manager room. On hearing the paging call, the user can go to the nearest call station to get on a private call. Conference call channels are setup for managing operational requirements within the plant. The master control station has the facility to make announcements to plant wide basis. Call recording, EPABX integration and monitoring are the other facilities provided.
