GEC 481S
The design of the GEC 480 counter Intercom system allows clear and natural speech between acoustically separated locations, e.g. ticket counters, ski-lift stations or isolation wards in hospitals. The built-in speech processor allows high-quality hands-free, full duplex communication. The counter Intercom also adapts to different levels of background noise thanks to four different operating modes and individual volume adjustment for the client and the operator station. Optionally, a proximity sensor or a call button can be added on the customer side to activate the system. Power supply PA9 included. No microphone is included in the scope of delivery.

Probably one of the most unfavourable causes of interference is exposure to rain. That’s why the MIC 480 has a distinct shape that prevents rainwater from getting inside. It does so by effectively using the mechanics of surface tension in order to redirect the fluid. Also, the specially designed cavity provides a speech-optimised frequency response that enhances the audibility of the human voice range. MIC 480 is typically installed on intercom terminals in parking columns, ticket machines or elevator panels, or it is used as a customerside microphone for counter intercoms. This versatility makes the microphone suitable for almost any existing intercom solution and ready for future systems. SIP-WS 212V
The OpenDuplex capable and vandal resistant SIP stations have been developed and designed for areas with high requirements on safety. They are connected directly to the Ethernet (LAN/WAN) and in this manner are connected to a compatible SIP server via the IP network. The built-in switch with downlink function allows direct connection of an additional IP device (e.g. an IP camera). Besides high volume, the SIP stations provide a numerous amount of further features: Pre-recorded audio can be applied in a multi-purpose manner, e.g. as acoustic indication at line fault or as waiting information at call initiation. A configurable background noise suppression provides a crystal clear communication in challenging situations. Furthermore, the stations are perfectly suited for use as door stations at entrances and gateways, due to integrated relay outputs. The 3 mm stainless steel front panel with tamper protection and special screws protects against vandalism. The robust construction provides full protection against water, dirt and dust – IP rating IP66. Each button can be allocated to a call number and the relevant label area can be filled in individually.
