SCHNEIDER INTERCOM ACADEMY

The Schneider Intercom Academy offers you up-to-date, compact training courses on all solutions and products.
Highly qualified trainers impart their extensive knowledge from the various areas of the company in interactive, practical workshops and in personal exchanges of experience.
The opportunities for knowledge transfer range from basic training courses on products, technologies and solutions to workshops for advanced users and specialist seminars on a wide range of key topics.

ORGANIZATION OF TRAININGS

Training courses A - F are offered as classroom training, while training module G is offered as a webinar.

Each participant will receive online access to our software and document platform “cLibrary Online” and to our English-language online training program Polygon. Access to Polygon is available for one year from the date of participation in a training course. In order to prepare these access details, we request the full names and email addresses of the participants.

OVERVIEW OF MODULES

This product training will give you an overall impression of all current products as well as their technology and application possibilities.

In Module B, technicians who already have Level A training are trained in Symphony control station, Classic control station, networking and ICX protocol.

In the Level C training, technicians who already have a Level B training are trained. Knowledge about the Symphony worlds Mesh, On Premise and Cloud as well as their devices is imparted.

In Module D - Symphony Advanced, technicians who have already completed Module B or Module C training are trained in network technology and IT security, as well as VirtuoSIS and server redundancy.

In the Studio module, technicians who have already completed Module B training are trained in the use of Studio visualization software.

Module F - Cloud focuses on the implementation of projects in which our cloud solutions are to be integrated. It provides knowledge about the Symphony Cloud, Management Cloud, and our AI-based virtual assistant ivy.

The Follow-Up Training is for experienced users and informs about the latest features. Participation in an interval of two years is mandatory to maintain the status "Certified Partner".
